The whole 26 acres of the Domaine de Pialentou is within the Gaillac Appellation. The vineyards surround the cellars and are exclusively planted with grapes from the Appellation. • Red varieties: - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the Atlantic touch - Syrah for Mediterranean style and charm - Braucol and Duras for the local flavour • White varieties: - Sauvignon and Mauzac. Two fine grapes with complementary characteristics. The Domaine de Pialentou owes its fame to its former owner, Jean Louis Ailloud, who came from a long line of winegrowers and tended it for 35 years until 1998, when he sold it to Jean & Kai Gervais, the current owners.
